The Festival online auction will begin on Monday, January 23, 2012 and continues through Monday, March 5, 2012 with new items added each week leading up to and through the Food Network South Beach Wine and Food Festival presented by FOOD & WINE.
All proceeds generated from our online auctions benefit Florida International University’s Chaplin School of Hospitality & Tourism Management Teaching Restaurant and its Southern Wine & Spirits Beverage Management Center.
