New night, new hosts, same great barbeQue. For fans of the now retired BubbleQ®, we introduce its retooled replacement, Moët Hennessy's The Q presented by Allen Brothers Steaks, sponsored by MIAMI magazine, hosted by Emeril Lagasse and Guy Fieri and featuring insatiable libations from Moët & Chandon Champagne, Belvedere Vodka, Hennessy Privilege Cognac, Grand Marnier, and Terrazas de Los Andes vineyard. From a revamped tent behind the Delano Hotel to a fully-stocked bar, The Q promises to kick off the Festival’s next 10 years in the most glamorous way. To host our opening night, we’ve tapped two major food personalities, Emeril Lagasse and Guy Fieri. Emeril is known for his enthusiastic catchphrase ‘Bam!’ and his highly successful restaurants throughout the US, which specialize in showcasing the cuisine of New Orleans, especially the long history of flavored BBQ creations. He currently hosts the Cooking Channel show Emeril Live and the Food Network Show Essence of Emeril. Guy Fieri’s charcoal cred includes his Tex Wasabi's restaurants in California, which specialize in bringing Southern BBQ to the West Coast. He also stars along with Rachael Ray in the Food Network's newest hit, Rachael vs. Guy and on Food Network’s Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives. At the forefront of this new event is a collection of the best BBQ chefs from across the nation preparing their signature dishes on the grills and in the smokers. From chicken to ribs and brisket to pork buns, expect to run the gauntlet of overflowing flavors and sauces. Tickets for The Q include admission to The Q After Dark!
VIP RECEPTION: A limited number of lucky Q enthusiasts will have the opportunity to purchase VIP tickets ($400) and get a special 45-minute preview. Be the first to try the BBQ as doors are open for you from 6:15-7 PM and watch Emeril Lagasse and Guy Fieri meet and greet The Q chefs and taste what they’ve got cooking.
